阴地蕨提取物对运动训练大鼠肾脏抗氧化能力的影响

摘　　要：研究了阴地蕨提取物对运动训练大鼠肾脏抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:运动加药组大鼠力竭运动后肾脏组织的T-AOC、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性和GSH含量均显著高于运动组,而MDA含量显著低于运动组。说明阴地蕨提取物在运动训练大鼠肾脏组织中具有消除自由基及抗氧化的功效。The influence of Scepteridium ternatum extract on the antioxidative capacity of kidney of sports-training rat was stud- ied. The results indicated that the activities of T-AOC, SOD, CAT and GSH-Px, as well as the content of GSH in the kidney tissue of exhaustedly-sported rat in the sports-training plus Scepteridium ternatum extract group were significantly higher than those in the sports-training group, while the MDA content was the opposite. The above results suggested that the extract of Scepteridium ternatum had the functions of eliminating free radicals and resisting oxidation in the kidney tissue of sports-training rat.
