铒激光在治疗面部皱纹中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察新型铒激光治疗黄种人皮肤皱纹的效果及安全性。方法:用铒激光对黄种人的面部皮肤进行磨皮除皱手术共35例,观察除皱效果、术后反应及并发症。结果:面部细小皱纹一次治疗即可基本去除,较深的皱纹也可明显减轻甚至消失,疗效显著。术后疼痛轻微,红斑消退快,色素沉着率为37.1％,2月后色素沉着均有明显减轻,6月内色素沉着全部消退。无1例出现局部色素减退及瘢痕现象。结论:新型铒激光磨皮不失为黄种人面部除皱的良好方法,其疗效好且上皮再生恢复快、红斑期短、副作用小。Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe the efficacy and safety of the Erbium(ER): YAG laser used in the treatment of Chinese skin wrinkles. Methods: 35 individuals with facial wrinkles were treated with the Erbium: YAG laser. Patients were evaluated for clinical efficacy, wound healing, post - operative erythema, and post - inflammatory pigmentary changes. Results: Significant improvement in the appearances of facial wrinkles was noted in all individuals. Hyperpigmentation occurred in 13 of the 35 patients (37. 1 percent) and was fade in 2 ~ 6 months. No sarring or hypopigmentation was observed. Conclusion: The Erbium: YAG laser is safe and effective in the treatment of Chinese skin wrinkles. Shorter periods for re ?epithelization and erythema duration were noted when compared to previously reported results following carbon dioxide laser resurfacing.
