心理护理配合米索前列醇合并缩宫素治疗妊娠中期引产后出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：是观察心理护理配合宫颈注射缩宫素联合直肠内给药米索前列醇片治疗妊娠（12～28周）引产后出血的效果。方法对2008-01—2011-04中期妊娠引产后出血应用此疗法的50例病例进行分析总结，发现此方法治疗产后出血的效果明显优于单纯注射缩宫素的方法，且心理护理配合经肛门置入直肠内米索前列醇片联合宫颈注射缩宫素治疗中期妊娠引产后出血疗效良好。Objective To observe the mental nursing is cervical injection of oxytocin combined with rectal administration of Misoprostol Tablets treatment of pregnancy（12-28 weeks）after induced abortion bleeding effect. 50 cases of 2008-01-2011-04 for induction of labor in mid pregnancy bleeding after the treatment were analyzed, found that the effect of this method in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage were significantly better than that of oxytocin injection shrinkage method, and the psychological nursing combined with transanal rectal misoprostol tablets combined with implantation of Neimisuo cervical injection of oxytocin induction of labor in mid pregnancy hemorrhage curative effect after the treatment good.
