强脉冲光子治疗仪治疗血管性皮肤病135例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价强脉冲光子治疗仪治疗血管性皮肤病的疗效和不良反应。方法:使用强脉冲光子治疗仪对135例血管性皮肤病患者进行治疗、观察和综合分析。结果:强脉冲光子治疗仪对毛细血管扩张、蜘蛛痣、草莓状血管瘤、海绵状血管瘤及鲜红斑痣治愈率分别为75％、94.4％、90.9％、28％、14.3％,三次以内治愈率分别为33.3％、94％、69％、8％及5％。6例术后出现色素沉着、色素减退或萎缩性疤痕。结论:强脉冲光子治疗仪对血管性皮肤病（尤其对蜘蛛痣和草莓状血管瘤等）有令人满意的疗效,不良反应较少。Objective: To appraise the curative effect and no obvious side -effects of vascular dermatosis with intense pulsed light. Methods: Treate all blank kinds of vascular dermatosis 135 cases with intense pulsed light, observe the curative effect and no obvious side - effects of vascular dermatosis. Results: The cure rate of telangiectasis, arterial spider nevus. strawberry nevus, avermrus uemongioma and nevus flammeus with intense pulsed light is respective 75% , 94. 4% , 90. 9% , 28% , 14. 3% , and the cure rate in three times is respective 33. 3%, 94%, 69%, 8% and 5%. 6 cases appear pigmentation, pigment subsidenceor atrophic scar. Conclusion: The curative effect of vascular dermatosis with intense pulsed light is satisfying, and the no obvious side - effects is less.
