对特种作业人员安全心理服务模式的几点探讨

摘　　要：本文针对特种作业人员人群特点，参照国内外研究经验和安全心理学的相关理论基础，采用具有一定效度和信度的安全心理和员工压力源测评问卷，搜集并整理相关测评数据，分析其压力源和影响安全的心理因素，并以此探讨如何在相关作业时的几种安全心理服务模式，以期在生产中能有一个全新的角度关注安全，降低事故发生的隐患。This paper, according to characteristic of special operations .staff, consulted research experience and related theories of security psychology from home and abroad; And adopted those measures of security psychology and pressure source which are valid and credible. We collected measures＇ data to analyze pressure source of special operations staff, and psychological factor which effect security. Meanwhile, we discussed several types of models of security psychology in their work so that we can attach importance to security with a new angle, and reduce potential hazards.
