摘  要:本文利用CFD软件对某柴油机的油气分离器性能进行了分析,稳态分析得到压力分布、迹线分布规律,瞬态分析得到分离效率。并对油气分离器进行试验,计算得到压力损失和窜油量。结果表明:在油气分离器内部设置挡板和圆孔板可以有效地对油气进行分离;采用模拟仿真与试验相结合的方法可快速准确设计一款发动机选择合适的油气分离器结构。The oil - gas separator's performance of a diesel engine are analyzed with CFD tech- niques. The pressure distribution and the trace distribution are obtained through steady analysis and the separation efficiency is evaluated through transient analysis. The tests are performed to calculate the pressure loss and the fleeing oil amount. It can be concluded that an oil - gas separator can get a high separation efficiency with setting the baffle paddle and the orifice plate inside it. From combing the simulation techniques and the test analysis, an appropriate separator can he selected quickly and accurately.
