基于性格色彩理论探析高职学生的自信心教育

摘　　要：高职学生的高考分数并不理想,相对于本科院校的大学生,他们的自卑感是客观存在的。以乐嘉的性格色彩理论中的红、黄、蓝、绿四种性格为例,探讨在教学环节中根据高职学生的性格特点,采取相应的措施进行引导,使得每个学生都能够客观认识自己,正确地进行自我评价,以达到提升高职学生自信心教育的目的。Higher vocational students’scores of the college entrance examination are not ideal, whoseinferiority complex is an objective existence with respect to the undergraduate college students. With fourcharacters （such as red, yellow, blue, green ） in Le Jia’personality color theory as an example,this paper discusseshow to enhance the confidence of education in teaching according to the students＇ character. Appropriate measureswould be taken to guide each student to recognize themselves objectively and to evaluate themselves rightly.
