摘　　要：大学精神作为大学校园文化主体,在大学生成长成才过程中发挥着重要作用。通过对大学精神内涵的解读,结合大学生对大学精神认识的调查研究,分析在经济社会迅速发展的时代背景下,大学精神现状及缺失原因,提出进一步加强对大学精神培养和传播的渠道构建,发挥大学精神在高等教育人才培养中的积极作用,为国家发展和中国梦的实现注入推动力。The University Spirit works as the principal part of university campus culture,which has a great impact on the students’life.By taking in the University Spirit and combining with the investigation of the college students' understanding of University Spirit, this article analyzes the reasons of University Spirit situation and missing in the era of rapid development of economy and society ,and brings up the path to build and shape the University Spirit.This article also holds the view that the University Spirit plays a positive role of higher education personnel training,which drives the realization of the national development and the Chinese dream .
