中国在新帝国主义时代的对策探析

摘　　要：新帝国主义在21世纪是一个热门词。在美国的语境中新帝国主义被美化为一种仁慈动机,但是在西方左翼语境中,新帝国主义依然是以剥夺为本性的帝国主义。本文所说新帝国主义是指后者。在新帝国主义时代背景下,由于中国在应对金融危机表现出来的责任使西方学者尤其是左翼学者关注中国。在对中国的评价中非常具有代表性和影响力的提法是"北京共识"和"淡色中国"。但是,中国发出自己的声音才是最重要的。中国对话语权的争夺应当重审西方对中国的评价,实现中国与世界的互动,坚持马克思主义的批判理论,勇于自主创新,对自己充满自信。The new imperialism is a popular word in twenty-first Century. In the context of USA,the newimperialism was glorified as a kind of motivation. But in the context of the western left wing, the new imperialismis still taking the deprived as the nature of imperialism. In this paper, the new imperialism refers to the latter. Inthe new era of imperialism, Because of China in coping with the financial crisis demonstrated the responsibilitymakes the western scholars especially the left-wing scholars paid more attention on China. Representative andinfluential in evaluation of Chinese in formulation is ＂Beijing consensus＂ and ＂pale China＂. However, Chinese voice isthe most important. China struggle for discourse right should be reviewing western evaluation of Chinese, realize theinteraction of Chinese and the world, sticking to Marx＇s critical theory, have the courage to independent innovation,have self confidence.
