摘 要:基于对"90后"不同年级在校大学生职业理想、目标规划定位及学习动力等方面调查。结果显示:"90后"大学生职业理想、目标定位存在动态变化,不同年级之间有差异,整体职业理想目标确定程度不高,进一步体现在学习努力程度不够,职业功利化,知识贮备不够等。针对以上问题进行主客观因素分析,提出把握教育时机,加强职业理想规划引导,针对性职业规划辅导,增强学生学习动力辅导等方面建议。Based on the survey on the college students' career aspirations, career goals, study motivation and soon which aimes at the generation of post-90s in different grades. The study showes dynamic changes of the post-90sgeneration college students' career aspirations and career goals, and there are differences between differentgrades. Besides, the students'career aspirations are not clearly defined on the whole, and they don't set an objectivespecific enough, even think a little about taking up an occupation, further reflected in their not working hardenough in study, utilitarian tendency of career, as well as scarce knowledge reserve. Based on the problems above, theauthor analyses the subjective and objective factors and put up with some advice such as seizing the educationmoment to srtengthen the guidance about the students' career aspirations and career planning, helping the collegestudents objectively analyse the social demand for the talents, carrying out specific counselling of career planningfor different students, enhancing the students' study motivation and so on.
