摘　　要：高校学生党员发展的数量与质量问题,是党建工作的重点和难点。高校党组织和党务工作者应该正确认识和把握它们的关系,在确保党员数量的前提下,优先提高党员质量,努力建立一支规模适度、素质优良、纪律严明、作用突出的大学生党员队伍。The relationship between the quantity and quality of party members among the college Students is the key issues in party working. College party organization and party affairs workers should have a correct understanding of dialectical relationship between the quantity and quality. Quality have priority over quantity.so we must try our best to establish a Student Party with appropriate scale, high-quality, disciplined, and playing a prominent role.
