多元主体参与共同治理机制研究——基于绍兴地区的实践考查

摘　　要：在从传统社会到现代社会的转型过程中,公民参与意识增强,公共空间日趋拓展,从而构成了多元主体参与共同治理的时代背景。基于绍兴地区的实践考查发现,这一方面要求调整冲突或纠纷的中间制度的存在,另一方面也需要政治、经济、文化等各个层面的契约主体,需要有能承担政治义务、享受公民权利的主体。多元主体参与共同治理机制可通过如下途径实现:筹划公民社会统一体;开拓现代理性公共生活空间;建构多元主体参与共同治理的现实机制。From a traditional society to a modern society transformation process,the conscious of citizen participation and public space increasingly expanding in Shaoxing ,thus constituting a joint governance of multiple subjects involved in the background.This aspect requires adjustment and so there is an intermediate regime conflict or dispute,it also needs to contract the main political,economic,cultural and other aspects,the need to assume political obligations and enjoy the subject of civil rights. Multiple subjects involved in a common architecture and innovative governance mechanisms need to clarify the relationship between these mechanisms,promote cultural reproduction,social integration and the body to rebuild the system from the relationship between the living world and its cultural foundation of modern languages.Multiple subjects participate in CO governance mechanism can be realized through the following ways. Develop the modern rational public living space, establish the mechanism of multi subject participation of common governance.
