摘　　要：加强当代研究生学术道德教育是培养国家合格研究人才、提高高等院校学风建设和优化研究生素质教育的重要方式。目前研究生在学术道德方面的失范行为时有发生。此类问题的成因受学术制度、社会环境、高校教育和学生自身方面因素的影响。对此,应该从建立健全学术道德制度、营造良好社会学术环境、优化高校学术教育管理和加强研究生学术道德修养四方面进行思考,力求为研究生学术道德教育的建设贡献一分力量。To strengthen the postgraduates of academic moral education is the important way to cultivate qualified national talent,improve higher learning institutions’ethos constructiion and optimize the comprehensive postgraduates themselves.Now,academic misconduct in graduate students is happened more and more.The main causes of problems are lying in the academic system,social environment,college education and postgraduates themselves. Therefore,we should establish the perfect system of academic morality,create a good environment for academic society,optimization of university academic education management and strengthen the graduate student academic ethics,strive to contribute power for graduate student academic moral education construction.
