浅析农村生源大学生“农转非”降温现象

摘　　要：大学生"农转非"降温是国家政策调整的结果,更多的是农村经济发展利益增多驱动的结果,还源于就业形势和就业派遣方式的变化。"降温"在减轻公安部门和学校工作负担、引导毕业生面向农村就业、促进社会主义新农村建设等方面都具有十分积极的意义。但也要看到"降温"也给高校农村生源毕业生在求职心态、就业行为选择和就业稳定性等方面带来负面效应。国家、各级政府、高校和农村大学生应采取有效措施解决"降温"带来的负面效应。The cooldown of college student "peasant transfer to non-peasant" is the result of national policy adjustments and the drive of increase rural economic development interests. Also stems from the dispatched employment situation and employment changes in the way. The cooldown have great significance for reducing workload, public security department and school, guiding graduates to rural employment oriented, promoting new socialist countryside construction. Yet the "cooldown" also bring negative effect for rural sector recruits college graduates in job attitude, job behavior choice and stability. Country, all levels of government, college and university students should take effective measures to solve the negative effects of"cooldown".
