摘　　要：企业价值评估作为资产评估业的一个重要发展方向,采用趋势预测法来选择适合的预测模型,通过动态现金流量和适当的估值模型对目标企业进行现金流量分析,发现变化规律,使得评估结果更加接近企业经营的真实内在价值。通过企业价值的评估,了解企业真实价值,做出科学投融资决策,提高企业价值。Enterprise value assessment as an important development direction of assets appraisal industry,Taking the trend forecasting method to select the appropriate forecasting model,Through appropriate valuation model and dynamic cash flow,cash flow analysis on target enterprise find the change rule,Makes the evaluation results more close to real intrinsic value of enterprise management Through the enterprise value assessment.Understand the real value of enterprise,make scientific investment and financing decisions,enhancing enterprise value.
