摘　　要：当代职业女性在工作和家庭中扮演着不同的角色,在这双重维度下她们也面临着巨大的压力。当这一问题成为职业女性进一步发展中不容忽视的普遍性问题时,我们从理论和实践上对如何缓解职业女性的工作、家庭压力进行系统的研究就显得十分迫切和必要。Modern professional women in the work and family plays a different role, under the dual dimensions they are also facing great pressure. When the problem has been a universal problem that cannot be ignored for the further development of professional women,our systematic research on how to alleviate the pressure of the professional women work-family is very urgent and necessary.
