摘　　要：刑事证人保护制度是现代诉讼制度不可或缺的重要组成部分,不仅关系到证人能否敢于出庭做证和诉讼的质量,而且关系到国家法律的尊严。从证人的角度分析证人在证人保护制度中的权利需求以及如何平衡这种需求,最终意识到保护证人就是保护我们自己,从而实现对我国刑事证人保护制度的完善。The protection system of criminal witness is an indispensable part of modern litigation system .It can not only relates to the witness to testify in quality and litigation,and is related to the dignity of the national law. From the perspective of the witness,Analyzing the demand right of the witness and how to balance the demand and finally realizing the witness protection is to protect ourselves,so as to realize the improvement of the protection system of criminal witness.
