曲美他嗪对急性心肌梗死PCI术后HSP70水平及心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨曲美他嗪对急性心肌梗死急诊经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)术后HSP70表达及心功能的影响。方法将急诊PCI的AMI患者60例按随机数字表法分为对照组和曲美他嗪组,每组30例。曲美他嗪组在规范治疗基础上每日加服曲美他嗪片60mg,每次20mg,每日3次。于PCI术前,术后7、14d通过酶联免疫法测定HSP70,术前及术后第14天检测LVEF、E/A值。结果曲美他嗪组与对照组比较HSP70在术后第7天和14天明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),曲美他嗪组与对照组比较LVEF、E/A明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪可提高缺血再灌注心肌HSP70表达,并改善急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后的心功能。Objective To investigate the effects of trimetazidine on heat shock protein 70(HSP70)levels and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Sixty patients undergoing emergency PCI for AMI were randomly given standardized treatment alone(control group,n=30)or in combination with trimetazidine tablets(3 times per day,20 mg per time;trimetazidine group,n=30).The levels of HSP70 were detected by ELISA before and 7 and 14 days after PCI.In addition,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and the ratio of early to late peak velocities(E/A)were measured before and 14 days after PCI.ResultsCompared with control group,HSP70 levels were elevated 7and 14 days after PCI,and both LVEF and E/A ratio were increased 14 days after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine treatment can increase HSP70 expression and improve cardiac function in AMI patients after PCI.
