摘 要:为研究黄芪药材质量与生长环境之间的关系,实验利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)测定了不同道地产区黄芪土壤样品的红外光谱,阐明了黄芪土壤的红外光谱特点。并以不同道地产区黄芪土壤的红外指纹图谱为标准,利用共有峰率和变异峰率2个指标,计算出16个样品之间的共有峰率和变异峰率,按照共有峰率大小进行排序,建立了共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列分析法,同时结合聚类分析法,研究了不同道地产区黄芪土壤的异同。并以黄芪甲苷含量作为衡量黄芪药材质量的标准,根据相应产区黄芪药材中黄芪甲苷含量测定结果,找到黄芪甲苷含量最高的黄芪种植土壤,分析其成分与其他土壤的异同,从而为黄芪土壤改良提供参考依据。To analyze and compare the differences of Astragalus menbranceus soil's FTIR produced in dif- ferent genuine producing areas, and explain the FTIR characteristics of Astragalus rnenbranceus soil. The a- nalysis of IR fingerprint of A. menbranceus soil from different regions was studied by common peak ratio index and variant peak ratio index. The common peak ratio and variant peak ratio of 16 samples were calcu- lated respectively to set up a new method called dual-index sequence analysis, combining with clustering a- nalysis method for distinguishing samples from different regions. The contents of astragaloside as a meas- ure of quality of Radix Astragali, combined with the contents determination results of astragaloside in Ra- dix Astragali among different regions. On the basis of which,the optimum soil conditions is fund,in order to provide references for the soil improvement.
