摘 要:选用5种不同型号的橡胶(包括两种丁苯橡胶1322和N212以及3种低黏度星形低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶565T,700A和橡胶B)与单体苯乙烯、丙烯腈进行共聚反应,通过中试试验制备高流动中抗冲丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)。在讨论各型号橡胶结构和特性的基础上,将1322分别与700A或橡胶B组合,对中试产品进行光泽度、熔体流动速率(MFR)以及力学性能等测试,通过与标准橡胶配方(1322/565T)的对比,筛选出满足ABS低成本高流动性要求的橡胶相。再以选筛出的橡胶相为基础,进一步讨论1322或N212与其的组合对ABS性能的影响。结果表明,在橡胶总质量分数均为12%且丁苯橡胶和聚丁二烯橡胶质量比为2∶1的条件下,由1322/橡胶B组合制备的ABS光泽度、拉伸强度和弯曲强度与由标准橡胶配方制备的ABS相差不大,冲击性能略有提高,而MFR提高了13.8%。采用廉价的国产橡胶B与丁苯橡胶1322进行组合,可完全替代进口橡胶应用于高流动中抗冲ABS的生产中,达到了降低成本并保持ABS原有性能基本不变的目的。High-flow and middle-impact ABS was prepared through pilot test by copolymerizing five different rubbers (including two kinds of styrene butadiene rubber 1322 and N212, three kinds of low viscosity radial low-cis polybutadiene rubber 565T, 700A and rubber B) with styrene and acrylonitrile. Based on the structures and characteristics discussion of various types of the rubbers, through combining 1322 with 700A or rubber B respectively, the gloss, melt flow rate (MFR), mechanical properties and so on of the products prepared by the pilot plant were tested, contrasting with standard rubber formulation (1322 / 565T combination), the rubber phase of meeting the low cost and high liquidity requirements was screened out. Regarding the selected rubber as the foundation, the effects of combining 1322 or N212 with rubber B on the performances of ABS were studied. The results show that when the total mass fraction of rubber is 12% and mass ratio of styrene butadiene rubber and polybutadiene rubber is 2 : 1, the gloss, tensile and flexural strength of ABS prepared by the combination of 1322 and rubber B are similar to those of ABS prepared by the standard combination of 1322 and 565T, the impact properties improve slightly, and MFR increases by 13.8%. The combination of the cheap domestic rubber B and domestic 1322 can completely replace the imported rubber for being used in production of the high- flow and middle-impact ABS, which achieves the purpose of reducing the cost and keeping the original performances of ABS.
