摘 要:以双酚A型聚碳酸酯(PC)为原料,对其进行注射成型,主要探讨了注射成型温度对其成型性能和力学性能的影响,同时讨论了注塑压力及模具温度对其成型性能的影响。结果表明,随着注塑温度升高,PC试样的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、断裂伸长率及缺口冲击强度升高,当注塑温度超过290℃后,力学性能总体上变化不大,注塑温度过高或过低都会使试样透明性下降、缺陷增多,而过高或过低的注塑压力及模具温度均会劣化PC的成型性能。PC的最佳注塑工艺条件为注塑温度290℃,注塑压力100 MPa,模具温度100℃。对在最佳注塑工艺条件下注塑的PC试样通过退火的方式进行热处理,发现在一定范围内,随着热处理温度提高,PC试样的拉伸强度和弯曲强度总体上升高,断裂伸长率和缺口冲击强度下降。当对PC的强度要求较高而对韧性要求相对较低时,125℃是较为适宜的热处理温度;而当对其韧性和强度都有一定要求时,热处理温度不宜太高。Taking bisphenol-A polycarbonate (PC) as raw materials for injection molding, the effects of injection temperature on molding and mechanical properties of PC were mainly studied and the influences of injection pressure and mould temperature on the molding properties of PC were also discussed. The results show that with the increase of the injection temperature, the tensile strength, flexural strength, elongation at break and notched impact strength of PC increase, when the injection temperature is above 290ff2, the mechanical properties generally change slightly, when the injection temperature is too high or too low, the transparency of PC decreases and the molding defects increase, when the injection pressure and mold temperature are too high or too low, the molding properties of PC decrease. The optimal injection molding conditions of PC are that the injection temperature is 290%, the inj ection pressure is 100 MPa, the mould temperature is 100 ~E . The PC samples molded under the optimal injection conditions were treated by annealing method, it is found that with the increase of heat treatment temperature, the tensile strength and flexural strength of the samples increase in total but the elongation at break and the notched impact strength decrease within a certain range. For the PC samples, when requiring higher strength and relative lower toughness, the appropriate heat treatment temperature is 125 %, when having certain requirements for strength and toughness, the heat treatment temperature can not be too high.
