摘 要:根据汽车副仪表板盖板塑件的结构特点和成型难点,对相应模具的成型零件、浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构、温度控制系统、导向定位系统和脱模系统进行了分析,采用两点针阀式顺序阀热流道浇注系统、二次侧向抽芯与分型机构、以液压油缸为动力的顶出脱模系统和"直通式水道+倾斜式水道+水井"组合模式的温度控制系统等成功设计了一副汽车副仪表板盖板大型注塑模具。该模具尺寸合理、结构先进、安全实用,获得了满意的成型效果。According to the molding difficulty and structural characteristics of automobile auxiliary console, the molding parts, gate system, side core-pulling mechanism, temperature control system, guide locating system and demoulding system of the corresponding mould were analyzed, then a large injection mould for the automobile auxiliary console was designed successfully by using two-point needle-valve type sequential valve hot-runner gate system, secondary side core-pulling and parting mechanism, ejection and demoulding system with hydraulic cylinder as driving force and temperature control system with the combination pattern of "straight cooling channels + inclined cooling channels + cooling wells". The mould size is reasonable, the structure is advanced, safe and practical, so a satisfactory molding effect is gained.
