摘 要:以青海省柴达木地区目前栽培较广的"宁杞5号"为研究对象,研究滴灌施肥条件枸杞干物质积累、枸杞产量与氮磷钾含量、氮磷钾积累量的变化规律。结果表明:枸杞全生育期干物质累积量呈"S型"曲线变化,在盛果期至秋果期干物质积累达到最高峰,叶片在不同时期总干物质积累量中的比例在77.5%~6.64%变化。柴达木地区枸杞养分主要限制因子为氮,其次为钾和磷,且养分吸收高峰出现在8月下旬的盛果期。每生产100kg枸杞干果养分的需求量平均为N 11.2kg、P2O52.2kg、K2O 6.7kg。当年新生油条是氮、磷、钾养分的优先分配部位。In order to understand the rules of the nutrients uptake trend under the drip irrigation on Lycium barbarum,and to provide the guide for balance fertilization in Qaidam of Qinghai.The"Ningqi No.5",which planted in Qaidam area widely,was selected as the research object.The field experiment was carried out to investigate the influence of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers on the dry matter accumulation,dry berry yields,the absorption and accumulation of N,P and K for different parts of Lycium barbarumin Delinha city,Qinghai province.The results showed that the process of dry matter accumulation in the whole growing period of Lycium barbarumcould be described by and‘S'shape.The phase from full berry period to the autumn berry period was critical for dry matter accumulation;the rate had reached a peak.The proportion of dry matter accumulation rates of the leaves ranged from 77.5%to 6.64%of the total in different periods.Firstly,nitrogen was the most important nutrients limit factor,next was phosphorus,and the last was potassium.The amounts of N,P2O5,and K2 O required by Lycium barbarum"Ningqi No.5"for producing every 100 kg dry berry were 11.2kg,2.2kg and 6.7kg.New branched and leaves grower current year were nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrient priority assigned area.
