摘  要:高校新生入学教育过程是大学生完成由中学生向大学生角色转变的过渡阶段,大学新生入学教育效果的好坏直接关系到高校后续的学生思想政治教育工作成效,对大学生在高校的健康成长成才有重要影响。大学新生群体作为"90后"一代,具有自身独特鲜明的思想和个性。高校新生入学教育要从学生的实际出发,从全局着眼,以人为本,着重强调新生的适应养成教育和理想信念教育,从而实现世界观和人生观的积极转变。The period of freshmen’s matriculation education is the transition stage where the role is changed from a middle school student to an undergraduate. Whether this kind of education works well or not is related to the result of undergraduates’ ideological and political education and to the development of undergraduates in higher schools. As the post-90 generation, freshmen have their own unique thou-ghts and personalities. The matriculation education for freshmen should be based on the students’ real situation and people-oriented, em-phasizing on training their being adaptable and being faithful, which we hope can change their outlook on world and outlook on life.
