浅谈基于生态可持续的城市防灾绿地规划引导策略

摘　　要：近年来灾害的频发使得健全城市防灾系统成为一项不容忽视的艰巨任务,城市综合防灾规划中生态环境保护的问题一直未得到重视,随着生态防灾的理念越来越得到广泛的关注,基于生态可持续角度的城市防灾规划被提上日程。本文就是以生态可持续的城市防灾理念为指导,针对不同的灾害种类,分析并总结了我国城市防灾绿地的基本类型及其规划存在的问题。在充分借鉴美国、日本的生态防灾经验基础上,结合我国实际情况,提出了生态可持续的城市防灾绿地规划设计策略,为完善我国城市防灾体系的建设提供决策参考。In recent years, frequent disasters make good urban disaster prevention system has become an arduous task can not be ignored, but the ecological and environmental protection in the urban comprehensive disaster prevention planning has not been taken seriously. As more and more widespread concern about the concept of ecological disaster prevention, the urban disaster prevention planning based on ecological sustainability perspective is put on the agenda. This paper takes eco-sustainable urban disaster prevention philosophy as the guide, analyzes and summarizes the basic type of urban disaster prevention green land and the problems in the planning aiming at different types of disasters. Fully learning from the ecological disaster prevention of the United States and Japan, combined with the actual situation in China, this paper makes tlie planning and design strategies of urban disaster prevention green land based on ecological sustainability to provide decision-making reference for the improvement of the construction of urban disaster prevention system.
