摘　　要：本文在前人研究成果的基础上对天使投资的投后管理进行深入剖析,并研究了天使投资在创业团队、战略管理、市场开发、融资理财和技术创新五个方面对创新型创业企业的再造作用机理,揭示了天使投资者是如何在投后管理的过程中影响企业的发展,为各相关方更深入了解天使投资的运作和更好地运用天使投资资源提供了参考。Based on the result of previous researches, this passage makes in-depth analysis on regarding the post-management of the angel investment program, as well as its reshaping mechanism for innovative entrepreneurial firms by studying the entrepreneurial teams, strategic management, market development, financial transactions and technical innovation of the angel investment program. By revealing how the angel program investors make influence on the enterprises development during the after-investment management, this passage leads all relevant parties to deeper understanding on the operation of the angel investment program, to provide useful reference for all the related stakeholder more deenlv understand the ooeration of anzel investment .ro^ram and use the resources of angel investment nra^rnm.
