摘 要:为了解决水轮机抗磨板的磨损问题,研究了超高分子聚乙烯材料的力学性能和抗磨蚀性能,并选择11种非金属抗磨蚀材料进行磨损试验,计算相对不锈钢的磨损系数。结果表明,超高分子聚乙烯抗磨板的韧性好、不脆裂、温度范围适用广、任何季节都易加工,其抗磨性能均优于其他材料,并通过运行实践证明了魏家堡水电站选择超高分子聚乙烯抗磨板是合适的。In order to solve the wear problem of water turbine facing plate, the mechanical properties and wear- resistance of ultrahigh molecular polyethylene were studied. And then 11 kinds of nonmetal materials were selected to test wear-resistance. The wear coefficient of relative stainless steel was calculated. The results show that the ultrahigh molec- ular polyethylene {acing plate has some advantages, such as good toughness, not brittle, wide temperature range, easy processing for any season, and its anti-wear performance is superior to other materials. The practice proves that it is lea sible to select the ultra high molecular polyethylene facing plate in Weijiabu hydropower station.
