摘  要:目的采用HPLC-DAD法同时定量测定酸枣仁皂苷中酸枣仁皂苷A、B和白桦脂酸、白桦脂醇。方法酸枣仁以甲醇提取,采用Agilent TC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,体积流量1 m L/min,运行时间120 min,检测波长204 nm,柱温35℃。结果 4种成分的进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.999 0);加样回收率为99.2%~100.2%。结论经方法学验证,所采用的测定方法准确稳定,灵敏度高,可作为酸枣仁皂苷多指标定量测定方法。AIM To establish an HPLC-DAD method for simultaneously determining the contents of jujuboside A,jujuboside B,betulinic and betulin in jujubosides from Ziziphi Spinosae Semen. METHODS The assay of methanolic extract of jujubosides was performed on Agilent TC-C18(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column in gradient elution program with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase at flow rate of 1 m L/min. The detection wavelength was set at 204 nm and column temperature at 35 ℃. RESULTS The linear ranges of four active components were good(r≥0. 999 0) between sample sizes and peak areas. The average recoveries fell within 99. 2%- 100. 2%.CONCLUSION The method is accurate and stable,and can be used as a multi-index simultaneous determination of jujubosides.
