摘　　要：为了解我国砂石土矿开采和管理现状,利用全国砂石土矿开采的调研数据,从资源禀赋、开发利用、市场供需三个方面对2012年度我国砂石土矿开采现状进行系统分析,总结出我国砂石土矿开采中存在布局不合理、部分地区违规开采、矿山环境破坏、综合利用水平低等主要问题,提出以下对策建议:加强砂石土矿山的整合与布局优化、加强砂石土矿的监督管理、加强矿山环境恢复治理、提高砂石土矿资源综合利用水平。In order to understand the status of mining and management of sand ,stone and clay resources ,with the survey data ,this article analyzes the present situation of mining of sand ,stone and clay resources in resource endowment ,development and utilization ,market supply and demand in 2012 ,and summarizes the main problems in mining of sand ,stone and clay resources ,such as unreasonable layout , illegal mining ,mine environment destruction ,low utilization rate ,and puts forward some suggestions that strengthen the integration and layout optimization of the sand ,stone and clay mines ,strengthen supervision and management ,strengthen the recovery of mining environment ,improve the utilization rate of sand ,stone and clay resources .
