摘 要:辽宁大石桥菱镁矿资源丰富,但低品位矿石利用率不高,对其抛弃的矿石进行X射线分析、化学多元素分析可知,矿石中主要矿物为菱镁矿,其次为滑石和石英,其中MgO品位为45.08%,可利用价值较高。本试验以大石桥废弃菱镁矿为原料,通过浮选条件试验,在磨矿细度-0.074mm占90%,矿浆pH值为8.5,羧甲基淀粉用量100g/t,十二胺用量为200g/t的条件下,最终可以得到精矿MgO品位46.7%、MgO回收率85%的良好指标。Magnesite resource is abundant in Dashiqiao of Liaoning province ,but the utilization rate of low grade ore is not high .X-ray analysis and chemical multi-elements analysis on the discarded ores were carried out .The result showed the main mineral of run of mine was magnesite ,and the gangue mineral were talc and quartz .The high grade of MgO (45 .08% )indicated this discarded magnesite ore still had a great value for exploitation and utilization .In the experiment ,flotation condition test was conducted under then optimal conditions as follows :grinding fineness-74μm of 90% ,slurry pH of 8 .5 ,carboxmethyl starch dosage of 110g/t ,laurylamine dosage of 200g/t .Good performance of concentrate grade with MgO was 46.7% and recovery was 85% ,which could be finally worked out provided a basis for further study on the discarded magnesite ore .
