摘  要:对锌合金和镁合金分别进行了热流道压铸成形试验验证,试验结果表明:产品成形品质好,满足了大批量生产的需要。应用了可延长使用寿命的热流道喷嘴和可减少热流道加热组件热量散失的支撑滑块,设计了拼接式热流道板结构以满足支撑热喷嘴要求。针对热室压铸合金的工艺特点,介绍了热流道结构、加热功率计算、热膨胀量计算及隔热措施。Hot runner die casting processes of both casting of zinc alloy and magnesium alloy were tested. The results show that the quality of casting is good, and the test can meet the need of large-scale batch production. Application of hot runner nozzle with elongated the die life and supporting slide block which can reduce hot runner heating assembly heat dissipate. The joint structure of a hot runner plate was designed to solve the problem of supporting hot nozzle. The structure of a hot runner system, the calculation of heating capacity and thermal expansion quantity, and the heat insulation measures were introduced on the basis of technological characteristics of die casting alloy for hot chamber.
