铸造用硅砂角形因数问题的探讨

摘　　要：角形因数的指标对于控制原砂质量,提高型砂流动性和成型性具有指导意义。选取13个硅砂样品,利用比表面积测定仪,通过两种方法计算铸造用硅砂的角形因数,对其结果进行讨论,并对比6个典型样品在显微镜下的照片,铸造手册中公式计算出的角形因数较为准确合理,更贴近生产实际。Results of angularity of base sand present important reference for controlling quality of sand, improving flowability and moldability. Thirteen samples of base sand were tested with sand specific surface tester. The angularity of casting silica sand were calculated by means of two methods, the results were analyzed, the microscope photographs of 6 typical samples were compared- The results show that angularity of base sand calculated with formula listed in foundry manual was more scientific, reasonable and accurate.
