用户视角下的联机公共检索目录与资源发现系统应用对比研究

摘　　要：文章从用户视角和应用出发对资源发现系统与联机公共检索目录两个系统进行比较研究,并以上海交通大学图书馆为例,采用实验观察法,从界面友好性、资源类型及来源、检索功能、检索准确度、标示清晰度、电子资源检索访问、印刷型馆藏资源覆盖率以及个性化定制服务、互动交流几个方面阐述两个系统的异同点;从用户层面对两者如何协同合作以有效提高用户体验给出建议,也为拟用资源发现系统替代联机公共检索目录或准备引进资源发现系统的图书馆提供参考。This paper does a comparative research between the resource discovery system and Online Public Access Catalog in a user＇s perspective. Taking Shanghai Jiaotong University Library as an example, it elaborates the similarities and differences between the two systems from such aspects as interface friendliness, resource types and sources, retrieval function, retrieval accuracy, marking clarity, e - resource searching and accessing, coverage of library printed resources, personalized service and interactive communication by the mehod of experimental observation. It not only offers suggestions for the two systems＇collaboration and cooperation to improve users＇ex- periences but also gives references for libraries who will introduce the resource discovery system. 18 refs.
