摘　　要：文章认为公共图书馆基于其公共性特征,应敞开大门欢迎读者入馆,不宜采用"刷卡入馆"方式,对入馆读者加以限制。This article puts forward that public libraries should be open based on their publicity characteristics and should not restrict the readers＇ entrance by using card to enter.
