摘　　要：在对北京市城乡结合部流动青少年广泛调研的基础上,从家庭、社会、学校三方面切入,对城市流动青少年群体的共同特征、面临的问题、解决的途径等方面进行分析,以驻校社工介入开展学校社会工作的模式对流动青少年进行帮扶,并进行经验总结,以期为城市流动青少年服务提供一个可参考的工作模式。Based on the extensive investigation and research on migrant teenagers at the urban -rural marginal areas in Beijing,this paper makes an analysis on such aspects as the common features,the existing problems and their solutions,uses the mode of intervention of social workers into schools to help the migrant teenagers and sum-marizes its experience in order to provide a reference mode for the services for those migrant teenagers.
