摘 要:为了查明导致五家渠市某规模化羊场湖羊流产的原因,无菌采集流产胎儿的心血、肝脏和脑组织,用常规微生物学方法进行病原菌的分离、鉴定及动物感染试验。试验结果表明,5株分离株的形态学特性、培养特性及生理生化特性符合羊败血性链球菌的形态特征,且兰氏分型为C型。动物感染试验表明:5株分离株均对小白鼠有较强的致病性。To ascertain the cause that led to abortion in sheep from a large - scale sheep farm in Wujiaqu city, the heart blood, liver, spleen and brain tissue from the aborted lamb were aseptically collected, and then were used for the isolation and identification of the pathogens and the an- imal infection test using conventional microbiological methods, respectively. The results showed that the morphological characteristics, cultural characteristics, and physiological and biochemical characteristics of the five isolates corresponded with those of sheep Streptococcus septicus, which was determined as group C Streptococcus based on the Lancefield grouping. That animal infection test showed that the five isolates had strong pathogenicity for mice.
