摘　　要：中国农地流转存在不规范的情况,2011年签订书面合同的农地流转只有61.43%。传统乡村的社会特性决定了不规范农地流转的存在。实际上农地流转的规范与否是农民主动选择的结果,大多数不规范农地流转是村民的理性要求。但随着社会的演变,不规范农地流转引发了越来越多的问题,因此应当逐渐将农地流转引向规范化。The cases of lack of standardization exist in the rural land transfer in China, and the rural land transfer signed a written contract is on- ly 61.43 %. The characteristics of traditional rural society determine the existence of the non - standard rural land transfer. In fact, whether the rural land transfer is standard or not, it depends on the results of active choice of the farmers ; most of non - standard rural land transfer is the rational choice of the villagers. But with the evolution of the society, the non - standard rural land transfer causes more and more problems.Thus, the rural land transfer should be gradually directed to the Standardization.
