摘　　要：2012年,《马克思恩格斯全集》历史考证版（MEGA工程,柏林,其114卷,123本书）第二部分“《资本论》及其手稿”的第4卷第三册即将出版.这一册将包含马克思1863～1867年手稿《政治经济学批判》（即所谓《资本论》第三版）的最后一部分.对于编辑出版史以及以《资本论》为主体内容的马克思主义宣传工作而言,这都将是一件大事.顾名思义,这篇论文是为“《资本论》及其手稿再研究”课题而作,其主题就是马克思如何一步一步地从关注哲学、政治、国家和法律转向经济学,一步一步地从经济现象进入经济本质,从而走向《资本论》创作.因此,这篇论文实际上是对于《资本论》前史或萌芽时期和马克思、恩格斯思想演变心路历程的理论探讨.In 2012 we will publish the 3rd book of the 4th volume of Historical-critical edi- tion of the complete writings in the original languages of Karl Marx and Friedrich En- gels （MEGA-Projeet, Berlin, 114 volumes in 123 books）, 2nd section： “＇Capital＇ and Manuscripts”. In this volume, MEGA include the last part of Marx＇ manuscript of 1863-1867 “A Contribution to the Critique of Political Economy” （the so-called 3ra ver- sion of “Capital”）. This will be a grand event in the history of edition and propagation of Marxism, whose main work is “Capital”. As the name suggests, this article is writ- ten for the project of Capital and Its Manuscripts. Its theme is to study how Marx transferred his attention from the areas of philosophy, politics, nation and law to the area of economics step by step. Thus, this article in fact is to study theoretically on the early history of Capital as well as Marx and Engels＇s mental process when their thoughts evolved.
