摘　　要：本文对冷轧精整线卷取机卷筒的工作原理和使用过程中出现的问题进行分析,逐一提出改进方案,并结合受力分析和设计计算等理论方法对改进方案的可行性加以论证,为方案的实施提供理论依据。通过对卷筒的结构分析和优化,使钢卷的成材率能显著提高,同时延长卷筒的使用寿命和降低卷筒制造成本。The working principle and some problems of the pay-off reel mandrel for the cold-reel finishing line are analyzed. The improved scheme combined with the force analysis and design theory method to demonstrate the feasibility is put forward. It can provide theoretical basis for plan implementation. Through analyzing the structure of the mandrel and optimization, steel yield can be significantly increased. It can also extend the service life of mandrel and reduce manufacturing cost.
