血必净治疗肺炎性假瘤的前瞻性研究——1例病例分析

摘　　要：目的:观察血必净注射液治疗肺炎性假瘤的可能性。方法:分析患者疾病发展的特点及病理特点,研究血必净注射液的药理特点,提出血必净注射液治疗肺炎性假瘤的理论依据。血必净注射液用法采用血必净治疗炎症常规用法及用量:血必净50m L加生理盐水100m L静点,2次/d,共15d,休息21d为1个周期,共计6个周期。结果:6个周期治疗后,咳嗽、胸痛症状完全消失,查胸部CT示肺部病灶基本消失;停止治疗后6个月复查胸部CT示未见明显异常病灶,并恢复工作;停止治疗后20个月胸部CT示正常。结论:血必净注射液可以借助抑制炎症反应来治疗肺炎性假瘤,清除肿块。To study Xuebijing injection as a drug of treating inflammatory for the potentiality in treating Pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor.Methods：Analyzing the characteristics of patients in clinical symptoms？ sign and the pathological phenotype of the tumor in the L-lung of the patient versus pathological characteristics of Pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor, Study the pharmacological characteristics of Xuebijing injection, according to the results of the analysis and study, put forward the potentiality into the Pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor response to Xuebijing injection, and it treats Pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor as inflammatory in the usage. Usage： Xuebijing injection 50mL ＋ normal saline 100mL ivgtt Bid＊15days, and take the rest for 21 days, is a therapy period., there are 6 therapy periods in total.Results： After 6 periods of therapy, it had disappeared. When we stop the treating for 6 months , exangmination of the chest CT：the tumor of L-lung had disappeared completely, and this patient returned to work. The chest CT did not show abnormal when the therapy had stop for 20 months.Conclusion： Xuebijing injection can be applicable to treat pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor by means of inhibiting the inflammatory response,and eliminating the bump.
