温肾补阳方联合小剂量甲状腺素治疗老年甲状腺功能减退症25例

摘　　要：目的:观察温肾补阳方治疗甲状腺激素减退症临床疗效。方法:将2012年10月-2013年10月在我院门诊或住院治疗的53例甲状腺激素减退症患者随机分为对照组(n=28)和治疗组(n=25)。对照组口服优甲乐片,治疗组采用温肾补阳方中药汤剂口服,治疗两个疗程后进行疗效统计分析及治疗前后患者血清指标对比。结果:总有效率方面,对照组75%,治疗组92%,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温肾补阳方联合小剂量甲状腺激素治疗甲状腺功能减退症疗效确切,能明显提高治疗有效率,无不良反应,值得临床推广及进一步研究。Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of the Wenshen Buyang recipe for hypothyroidism. Methods：53 thyroid hormone hypothyroidism patients were randomly divided into a control group （n=28） and treatment group （n=25）. The control group was treated with Euthyrox tablets, the treatment group was given Wenshen Buyang decoction orally. Results： The total efficiency of the control group, 75%, 92%of the treatment group, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：the Wenshen Buyang recipe plus low dose of thyroid hormone was effective on hypothyroidism, also can significantly improve the efficiency.
