摘　　要：对肾病综合征患者的中医和西医饮食护理进行综述。采用中西医结合药物治疗肾病综合征的基础上运用中西医结合理论进行饮食护理[1],预防和治疗因氮质代谢产物蓄积而引起的尿毒症,预防和治疗由于水钠潴留引起的水肿、电解质紊乱,维持机体的营养需要[2]。Review of patients with nephrotic syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine diet nursing. Based on the combination of drugs in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome with combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine with traditional Chinese and Western medicine theory of diet nursing, prevention and treatment of accumulation due to nitrogen metabolites caused by uremia, the prevention and treatment of the retention of water and sodium induced edema, electrolyte disturbance, to maintain the body’s nutritional needs.
