新加三黄消痔坐浴方治疗混合痔术后疼痛、肛缘水肿60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察新加三黄消痔坐浴方对减轻混合痔手术后疼痛、创面水肿的疗效。方法:将我院肛肠科2011年1月-2012年12月收治的120例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),对照组用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴;治疗组用新加三黄消痔坐浴方熏洗,两组病人均配合手术治疗,观察术后疼痛与创面水肿的消退时间。结果:治疗组总有效率95%,对照组有效率78.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组水肿病例水肿平均消失时间比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第1,3,7d,治疗组的平均疼痛积分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新加三黄消痔坐浴方可明显减轻术后疼痛,缩短创面水肿持续时间。Objective： To observe the new added Sanhuang Xiaozhi sitz bath prescription to alleviate pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery and the wound edema’s effect. Method： Aim at the anorectal in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 treated 120 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=60） and the control group （n=60）, the control group with 1：5000 potassium permanganate solution bath; the treatment group with a new added Sanhuang Xiaozhi sitz bath fumigation. Both groups of patients are all cooperated with surgical treatment ,to observe the postoperative pain and the wound edema’s subsided time . Results： The treatment group total effective rate is 95%, the control group effective rate is 78.3%, the differences has statistics meaning （P〈0.01）. Two cases of edema, to compare edema’s disappeared average time the treatment group is better than the control group, the differences has statistics meaning （P〈0.05）; The average pain score after the two groups of patients’ postoperation 1,3,7 days, the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences has statistics meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The new added Sanhuang Xiaozhi bath prescription can significantly reduce post-operative pain, shorten the duration of wound edema’s time.
