中医辨证与辨病结合治疗眼底出血性疾病20例体会

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨中医辨证与辨病结合治疗眼底出血性疾病的临床效果。方法:选取2010-2014年我院眼科收治的所有眼底出血患者中的32例,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采用中医辨证与辨病疗法和西医治疗法对患者进行治疗,并对两组患者治疗后的临床效果进行比较分析。结果:实验组痊愈人数11人,有效人数8人,无效人数1人,总有效率95%,对照组的痊愈人数3人,有效人数7人,无效人数2人,总有效率83.3%,效果明显低于实验组。结论:中医辨证与辨病结合治疗眼底出血是一种有效措施,值得推广和应用,也应该引起社会的重视。Objective： To analyze and explore the clinical effect of TCM differentiation on treating ocular fundus hemorrhagic disease. Methods： Selected 32 ocular fundus hemorrhagic patients were divided into TCM experimental group and comparison group randomly. Results： The recovered, effective and valid number of experimental group is 11, 8 and 1 respectively and total effective rate is 95%, while those are 3, 7 and 2 respectively and total effective rate is 83.3%, lower than the experimental group. Conclusion： The TCM differentiation treatment for ocular fundus hemorrhagic disease is an effective measure, worthy of promotion.
