摘  要:以Fe Cl3溶液为原料制备了纳米固体超强酸催化剂Fe2O3/SO2-4,并以Fe2O3/SO2-4为催化剂,研究了由对羟基苯甲酸与正丁醇直接酯化合成尼泊金正丁酯反应的条件。通过正交试验考察了影响尼泊金正丁酯产率的主要因素,得到了最优条件:醇酸物质的量比为5∶1、催化剂用量为对羟基苯甲酸质量的3.0%、反应时间为3h和反应温度为110℃。Nanometer solid superaeid Fe2O3/SO4^2-- was prepared by soak method with FeCl3 as raw materials. And n-butyl p-hydroxybenzoate was synthesized hy butyl alcohol n-butyl alcohol and p-hydroxybenzoic acid by nanometer solid superacid Fe2O3/SO4^2-catalyst. Factors of reaction including mole ratio of alcohol to acid, amount of catalyst, reaction time and temperature were investigated through single-thctor experiment. Optimal reaction conditions were obtained as follows : mole ratio of alcohol to p-hydroxybenzoic acid was 5:1, quantities of catalyst was 4%, reaction time was 3 hours and reaction temperature is 110%'. Yield of isobutyl nipagin ester reached 65.2%.
