摘　　要：本文对我国的油料作物进行了深入研究,对油料作物的种植、生产和加工进行了详细分析,明确了当前我国油料作物加工中存在的主要问题,针对存在的问题从技术和方向等方面提出了相应的对策和建议,为解决我国油料作物初加工和深加工中的关键问题提供了研究思路,并为我国油料作物加工技术的发展提供了现实依据。Chinese oil crops were conducted thorough research. Cultivation, production and processing of oil crops were analyzed in detail. Main problems existing in current oil crops processing in our country were pointed out clearly, and put forward co,Tesponding countermeasures and adviees from technologies and development direction. It provides research thought for solving key problems of oil crops in raw and deep processing in China, and provides realistic basis for processing technology development of oil crnps in our eounttry
