摘  要:目的调查糖尿病专科护士的工作现状,分析糖尿病专科护士开展工作的影响因素并提出解决策略。方法采用方便抽样法对某省持有糖尿病专科护士证书的213名专科护士一般资料、培训情况及工作现状进行问卷调查。结果 1糖尿病专科护士主要在三级公立综合医院内分泌病房工作,职称以中级及以上为主。2糖尿病专科护士工作现状4个维度得分,糖尿病专科技术与科研能力得分为(26.20±7.18)分和实施健康教育的能力得分为(28.09±6.40)分,均处于中上等水平;职业规划与自我发展维度得分为(11.96±4.25)分,处于中等水平,晋级与待遇维度最低为(2.36±1.02)分,处在偏低水平。3多元回归分析显示:职称、护理人文课程、培训师资、培训时间、论文答辩考核、参加继续教育情况对糖尿病专科护士开展工作有影响(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病专科护士目前主要兼职糖尿病专科护士工作,对糖尿病专科护士的重视程度尚不够,晋级与个人福利待遇未得到充分体现,建议设置糖尿病专科护士岗位,提高糖尿病专科护士待遇,规范化培训与继续教育,有效发挥糖尿病专科护士的学术带头作用。Objective To investigate the current status of work of diabetes specialist nurses(DSN),analyze its in- fluencing factors,and put forward strategies. Methods Totally 213 DSN were recruited using convenient sampling method and were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results Most of diabetes specialist nurses worked in the endocrine ward of the tertiary public comprehensive hospitals. The diabetes specialist skills & scientific research ability dimension and patient education competence dimension were at moderate to high level; career planning and self-development dimension was at moderate level; promotion and salary dimension was at low level. Multiple regression analysis showed that professional title,nursing humanities courses,training teachers resources, training time,thesis score and continuing education were main influence factors to carry out work. Conclusion Dia- betes specialist nurses mainly engage in part-time specialist nurses work. Their promotion and welfare has not been fully reflected. It is suggested to set up full-time specialist nurses post,improve their welfare,standardize pro- fessional training and continuing education to make full use of the academic leading role of diabetes specialist nurses.
