摘　　要：目的了解手术患者对护士实施安全护理行为的评价,为提高护士安全护理行为提供依据。方法采用自设问卷对90例手术后的患者进行调查。结果护士实施安全护理行为得分为(3.94±0.59)分;重视患者安全维度得分最高,为(4.24±1.02)分;预防感染和鼓励患者及家属参与患者照护得分最低,分别为(3.19±1.45)分、(3.19±1.14)分。结论手术患者对护士实施安全护理行为评价中等偏上,护理管理者应加强护士在预防感染和鼓励患者和家属参与照护方面的管理,提升护士安全护理行为水平。Objective To investigate the status of nurses＇ safety nursing behaviors rated by postoperative patients. Methods Ninety postoperative patients were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire. Results The total score of nurses＇ safety nursing behaviors was（3.94±0.59）. The dimension score of patient safety was the highest （4.24±1.02）,while the dimension score of infection prevention（3.19±1.45） and encourage patients and family involve- ment in patient care（3.19±1.14） were the lowest. Conclusion Nurses＇ safety nursing behaviors rated by postoperative patients are at moderate to high level. Nursing managers should take actions to improve nurses＇ behaviors in the aspects of infection prevention and encourage patients and family involvement in patients care.
