美罗培南、亚胺培南治疗成人急性粒细胞缺乏症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨美罗培南与亚胺培南治疗成人急性粒细胞缺乏症的临床疗效。方法：将70例急性粒细胞缺乏症患者随机分两组，每组35例，对照组静脉注射给亚胺培南（1 2g/d，分3 4次滴注）；观察组静脉滴注美罗培南（50mg/ml，每8h一次），治疗1周后，以病原菌清除率为指标评价两组临床疗效。结果：观察组和对照组病原菌清除率分别为77.78%（70/90）、61.11%（55/90），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：使用美罗培南治疗急性粒细胞缺乏症治疗效果较为良好，优于亚胺培南，安全可靠，值得推广。ObjectiveExplore the e.faecalis and imide south in clinical curative effect for the treatment of adult acute granulocytopenia.Methods70 cases of patients with acute granulocytopenia were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 35 cases, control group iv to imine culture south （1 - 2 g/d, 3 - 4 times drip）; Observation group intravenous drip beauty e.faecalis （50 mg/ml, every 8 h）, 1 week after treatment, pathogen clearance rate as the index to evaluate two groups of clinical curative effect.ResultsObservation group and control group pathogen clearance rate was 77.78% （70/90）, 61.11% （55/90）, is similar between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Use beauty e.faecalis treatment of acute granulocytopenia treatment effect is relatively good, better than the imine pei south, safe and reliable, is worth promoting.
