肝素抗凝血浆在生化检验中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨研究肝素抗凝血浆在生化检验中的应用价值。方法：选取我院近期收治的88例急诊患者进行分组分析，分别对患者的血清、肝素抗凝血浆十项急诊生化项目进行测定，并对测定结果进行对比分析。结果：通过对血清组与血浆组葡萄糖、磷离子、钾离子进行对比分析，两组差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在血清十项急诊生化项目的检验中，使用肝素抗凝血浆进行检验，能够有效地提高患者血液样本的检测效率，为临床治疗提供及时有效的参考依据。ObjectiveStudying the heparin anticoagulant blood plasma application in the biochemical test value.Methods Selection of 88 emergency patients were admitted in our recent grouping analysis, respectively for the patient＇s serum, heparin anticoagulant blood plasma ten emergency biochemical projects are measured, and the measured results were analyzed.Results Based on serum group and plasma glucose, phosphate ion, potassium ion, this paper compares and analyzes the significant difference, the two groups have statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The test in the use of heparin anticoagulant plasma, can effectively improve the efficiency of a patient＇s blood sample testing, provide effective reference basis for clinical treatment.
